HOW & WHEN TO TAKE
Take this powder at the same time daily or use it as-needed when you’re up against a meal that doesn’t always agree with you. We recommend taking your enzymes before your meal but it’s ok to take them after if you forget. Mix one scoop with at least 1/4 cup (2 oz) of water or add to a smoothie. For a lighter flavor, add more water, but we prefer 2oz.
