Yellow curry แกงกะหรี่, kaeng kari is a curry made from cumin, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, nutmeg, clove, mace and cinnamon along with fresh herbs and spices such as shallots, lemongrass, chili, garlic and makrut. It generally contains less chili than other curries.
