Butter Barn Butter is owned and operated by a professional chef, Lisa Stalvey. She has headed famous eateries in Los Angeles, including head chef at Spago in the late 80's. We started as a grass-fed flavored butter company, but morphed into a baking company. All products are GLUTEN FREE, organic, non-gmo and made with grass-fed organic butter and organic eggs. I then added some vegan items which are gluten free organic and non- gmo also. They are a 'grab n' go' product and from what my customers say, they are amazing! The tastes and textures are different from each other and are packed with layers of flavor that unfold as you chew and swallow!
