FishSki Provisions is excited to share our delicious, easy prepare, Mountain Southwest comfort foods with you and your customers. Our Hatch Chile Mac and Cheeses and Jalapeño Hatch Chile Cheddar Grits require only 3 cups or less of water to make, are all natural, vegetarian, and are packed in recyclable-plastic standup pouches. Beyond Southwestern food, fly fishing and skiing are our other passions. We’re named FishSki because 3%+ of our sales is given to grassroots conservation or recreational access projects that protect or improve or protect fishing and skiing resources. Eat for an Adventure!
