Using techniques Theo learned in Michelin Star farm-to-table kitchens, THEO's is cheffing up new veggie-forward foods that deliver on both amazing flavor and superfood nutrition. Each batch of BEET jerky supports organic vegetable farmers & spice suppliers, reduces food waste by upcycling the peel of vegetables, and comes packages in compostable materials.
